Got my statements for bank and Visa for January and February today (just a printout my Credit Union did for me because I asked).
I usually don't read these things... I know I should. Anyway, I looked over my Visa account, and I notice that MSN has been billing me $22.00 a month since... who knows?
I have NEVER subscribed to MSN. NEVER NEVER NEVER. I don't have an account. I don't have any information on any account. They have never sent me any e-mail about an account, or any snail mail, or said anything about billing me for anything at all.
Now, I recall buying something from Radio Shack once, and getting a discount or something because I agreed to "try" MSN at no cost or obligation for a month. I made certain they were VERY clear that I was not subscribing to their service, and I never bothered to install anything or log on or do anything about it. I made VERY certain that I was not going to be billed for anything.
Frickin bastards! I'll have to call my bank tomorrow and see what they can do about this... I absolutely deny ever agreeing to be billed for anything or subscribing to anything or recieving any notification of any kind from MSN. I don't know if I can get my money back... I should have noticed this whenever they started billing me, which I have no idea how long ago that was... but I'm going to scream and yell and see what I can get done.
