miko2Yesterday was a good day. I left early, was able to stop at Red Mill Burgers and I got a pepper bacon cheeseburger for Jim at work too, and he really enjoyed it and agreed that they're the best burgers in Seattle, which is what voters for the Seattle Weekly have been concluding the last few years. I also stopped at the comic shop, picked up Neotopia 3.5, Negima vol 2, and the latest Inuyasha dvd.
The printer at work failed so things weren't so good at work. At one point the copier (which is also a backup network printer) was acting weird too. At another point though, Sandee was trying to get it to copy something and having no success, and being the superstitious person that she is, was muttering something about Mercury being in retrograde and because of that nothing was working right. And so I pointed out that, in fact, the copier was simply out of paper. :D
And so it's Friday the 13th. I'm sure there are other people out there who will blame Friday the 13th for their problems before checking for basic things like whether the paper drawers on the copier have paper in them. :D
