I sympathize with everyone who's been having rough work weeks. I really do.
My work weeks have been fairly easy... normal anyway, not too stressful.
Except for one or two things. One, during our heatwave this week, our air conditioner died. Yesterday it got up to 84 degrees in the upstairs offices where I work. Today it got up to 88. The roof it metal, it just sucks up heat. Opening the windows doesn't help much, and at night bugs become a problem.
Tonight there must be billions of little flying insects around our building. They're covering the walls and windows by the hundreds. They're everywhere. And it's still unbelievably hot.
They were supposed to fix the air conditioning system today... but now they say Monday. Add to this that I get to drive to work every afternoon without air conditioning ^_^ I can't decide if I want to get that fixed RIGHT NOW, or maybe do something else with my money, like buy a new mattress, or maybe a bike.
Anyway, glad the week is over. ^_^
