Daily Recap on my So-Called Life

In the last 24 hours I spent a lot of time at work and asleep, as usual.

When I wasn't doing either, I did the following:

1. I actually stopped at Manna BBQ on the way to work, and bought bbq sandwiches for myself and for Jim and Nancy at work. They were happy.

2. Stopped at the Northgate Silver Platters to look for Tommy Johnson, Blind Blake, and Bukka White. There was nothing in the slot where Tommy Johnson cds went. There WAS no slot for Blind Blake that I could find. As for Bukka White, the slot was empty but I found a cd in a nearby slot. Eh. This wasn't the complete Bukka White cd, it only contained 11 of the 14 total possible tracks. Now I ask you, why buy a cd with 11 Bukka White tracks on it, when I can buy the complete Bukka White cd and get all 14 tracks?

So instead I got a Lonnie Johnson cd, and the Spinal Tap Soundtrack. Later after work I ordered the three blues cds I really wanted used from Amazon.

3. Last night I watched all 4 hours of the extended LoTR: Fellowship of the Rings movie. This morning I watched a couple of the many background shorts... will watch more tonight, and then eventually will watch my copy of Two Towers.

4. I assembled my "Money" cd. Track listing currently (may be revised later as I get ahold of other songs to include):

Now I need to write a couple of sentences on my story so that I can say I "worked" on it today.

Then it's more of that work thing. Maybe stop at the comic shop on the way.
