Dec. 1st, 2005 12:50 pmIt's snowing here. ^_^ Has been for an hour at least, since maybe before noon. I'm amazed, it's doing almost exactly what they said it would do. I see that Gene says it's already turned to rain downtown, but up here in Greenwood it's still snow, and the report yesterday said that the temperatures were expected to drop in the afternoon, so for now I expect more snow and for it to pile up a little.
I'll have to watch news reports and such to see what it's like across the sound, because I don't really plan to drive all the way to Auburn to work if there's any signifigant snow or ice on the roads in between. But where I live is on the edge of a convergence zone... there's a real possibility that
jeffreycornish and
geojlc and
kehf will see signifigantly more snow than I will, and
genebreshears and
meirtam will see signifigantly less. That's usually true anyway.
