Jul. 8th, 2006 12:45 amYou may be asking yourself, "Self, how did Mark spend his birthday?" The answer is that I left early this morning so I could deposit my paycheck and then hit Silver Platters, where I rewarded myself for going nearly a month without buying new music by buying new music. Hey, birthday and all that. I got Wishmaster by Nightwish and To Travel For Evermore by Wuthering Heights.
Then I went to work, and it was a sucky day. Just like yesterday. I grabbed Cornelius's headset and started using it because my neck has been killing me. It helped, and I asked T to order me one of my own.
Then I came home and instead of playing games like I've been doing all week, I did something constructive -- mostly because I couldn't put it off another day. I unpacked my new printer and set it up and got it all installed, and then I burned 6 cds of various music for my nephew (his birthday too you know) and made nifty color picture covers for each cd listing all of the songs. I hope they all burned well, I didn't take the time to listen to them of course. But I had them mostly already assembled, so the hard part was already done, just had to actually make the cd and the cover.
That's it from this neck of the woods!
