Yesterday I put a cup of brown rice on the stove and started watching Futurama: Bender's Game. I paused several times throughout the show to fry a package of ground turkey, toss in the rice, a can of diced tomatoes, chilies and taco seasoning, and finally to stuff the whole mess into 5 bell peppers (red, yellow and orange), top with a bit of montery jack cheese, and place into the oven.
That's my 5 lunches for the week. It smelled wonderful yesterday, but I might get tired of it by Friday. ^_^
The third Futurama "movie" was hilarious, particularly because it skewers dungeons and dragons and Lord of the Rings and thus included many, many jokes that made me laugh hysterically. Apparently they're doing well with these direct-to-dvd movies because they included a preview of a fourth one to come out this year.
I managed to exercise both Saturday and Sunday. For some reason having more free time on the weekend often leads to less exercise on my part -- it's easier to be lazy and do nothing.
