miko2It's raining outside. I haven't gone out walking and I haven't gone to the exercise center. I told myself I'd exercise by walking around my apartment but I haven't started yet, I'm still in front of the computer.
I had a good time Saturday. I went to dinner with my sister at Red Robin's, and afterwards took her to Top Ten Toys. They were closing in 15 minutes when we arrived but we spent a lot of time wandering around anyway. When they turned the lights off I went up to the front but my sister continued to look at stuff. In the meantime at least two other people came by and wanted to buy stuff even though they were already closed, and since they knew what they wanted, the store clerks said okay. Then the cashier screwed up my sister's order and while he was straightening that out she went to look at their selection of animal backpacks and ended up buying one of those too.
I stopped at my comic shop and we stopped at Safeway so she could grab a few things to eat. She was up here for a two-day conference and staying at a hotel, and they didn't have a lot to snack on I guess.
Writer's Night was fun. After I got home I found a cell phone in my car. At first I wasn't sure if it was Chuck's or my sister's, but she'd already called and left a message that her phone was missing. That meant that late on Sunday she came by my apartment (she'd never seen it) and picked it up.
I did very little else Sunday, aside from my usual hour walk and watching the Seahawks. I watched volume two of Negima! the anime on dvd, went to Top Foods to pick up some things and made a stir fry dinner, and later I played music for several hours while hanging out with a friend in SL.
