Today's Song: These Are the Days by Sloan Wainwright

Sloan Wainwright is the younger sister of Loudon Wainwright III, which makes her the aunt of Rufus and Martha Wainwright, and of course also of Lucy Wainwright Roche, half sister of Rufus and Martha (and daughter of Suzzy Roche who I think I'll try and feature on Saturday).

Not much more to add to that. It's a good song, one of her more popular ones from what I can tell. She's a good singer and songwriter, which I guess is only to be expected all things considered. Heck, if the gardener of Loudon's second cousin once removed wanted to become a singer-songwriter, they'd probably do well. Has anyone signed his dog to a contract yet?
