Today's Song: Get Ready by the Temptations

My two coworkers at work have been into some old-scool Motown sound all Summer, and I aided them by brining in my greatest hits of the Four Tops, the Supremes, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, Martha Reeves and the Vandelas, the Marvelettes, Sly Stone, and Sam & Dave. Afterwards I picked up a greatest hits of the Spinners, Gladys Night & the Pips, and the Temptations. The one by the Temptations is a 2 disc set, and they by far have one of the longest and most successful careers of any of these bands. The Supremes are famous by having more #1 hits than just about anybody, but the Temptations have a bigger list of hit songs overall.

Anyway, this one is my favorite of theirs. It's been on my iPod for a good month and a half. ^_^
