Today's Song: Cruel by Calexico

This is another of the songs I downloaded last week from a list of "best releases of 2006/2007". Calexico is a band from Tucson, AZ that mixes country with alternative rock and folk and a little Tex-Mex Mariachi. Their sound kind of morphs and flows between different genres quite easily.

This song in particular is just very catchy in a relaxed sort of way. I'm already convinced I need to check this band out further. ^_^
