Today's Song: Dance With Me by Nouvelle Vague

Nouvelle Vague is a French band that specializes in making Bossa nova-style covers of songs, mostly 80's new wave. Unlike some bands that do similar things, Nouvelle Vague is trying to make good music, and they are good. They use a variety of female vocalists (up to eight, including one from Brazil and one from New York) to sing lead vocals, and they ensure an original-sounding cover by never letting someone sing a song that they already know. As you might expect, some of the songs they cover are obscure, or at least not the obvious hits.

I really like their cover of Dance With Me by the Lords of the New Church, but since I already made the version by the Lords a song of the day (and linked to the Nouvelle Vague version at the same time) I thought I'd pick another song of theirs that I like quite a bit.
