Biking!
I biked yesterday. Did I post about biking yesterday? Well, I biked yesterday, and then again today.
Yesterday I went South, well past the Auburn Supermall, but I really didn't bike that long... maybe 20 to 25 minutes. Today I biked again, and went a lot further, deep into Algona I think. The trail goes past the back yards of a lot of houses. If you lived there, it would be very easy to bike to work up where I liive, or even further North into Kent. There were many dragonflys along the bike trail, and very few other bikers that far South. I felt like I went a really long ways, but it turned out to only be about 35 minutes round trip, at best. I worked on inflating my back tire some more and I think it was a little better but it still sags when I'm on the bike, and that's not just because I need to lose more weight.
I wasn't nearly as worn out as Sunday or even yesterday, although I'm sure the fact that it was much cooler today helped a little bit. But anyway, I think I'm ready to go for 50 minutes or an hour, and see how well that goes.
