miko2All my Christmas shopping has been done since the first part of the week. Technically anyway... I could still pick up a thing or two to add to a couple of presents. Specifically it'd be nice to hit Daniel Smith's and buy some pens for my niece, who likes to draw with mine.
I didn't write much last night. I should use this reprieve to finish my story I guess.
Mind you, City of Heroes and Second Life are calling... but first I need to go to the store and make sure I have stuff in case of power outage (which sounds likely -- high winds and a heavily wooded hillside don't mix). I have wood for fire, a flashlight, candles, matches... but food that can be prepared cold would be a good idea. Sandwich type stuff.
*Edit* Just got home from the store. Snow is just starting to fall. Good timing! ^_^
