Okay I spent too much time on this

Since I took so much time to assemble this post, I decided to make it a live journal post as well.
I picked up PC Gamer this month, it covers a hundred mmogs that are currently active or in development. But I thought of one that they didn't cover, and when I checked it out, it's up and running and you can play free for three days even.
Disney's Toontown Remember that one? Goofy fun meant mostly for kids. I played a lavender rabbit named Little Daphne Crunchyfish (Crunchyfrog wasn't an option), and for a while I was "grouped" with Prince Zippy, Cream Mouse, Yellow Horse, and Flippy Flippenflipper tonight on Loony Lane. :D
Some of the games that are out now according to PC Gamer, and I make no claim as to the quality of most of them:
(Yes, I checked every link -- not that I bothered to read about all of these games, but the links work at least).

Faction Earth
Fighter Ace 3.5

(I think a lot of these will make you appreciate how good EQ, DAOC, and even Anarchy Online really are.)
Here's some of the mmog's in development that aren't World of Warcraft, Everquest II or Star Wars Galaxies:
Warhammer Online
Ultimate Baseball Online (really)
Dragon Empires
Battlecruisers Online
Exarch
Final Fantasy XI
Guild Wars from key member of team that created Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo
Gurps Online: Old West
Gurps Online: Transhuman Space

Lejendary Adventure Gary Gygax is involved
Lineage II: The Chaotic Chronicle Lineage is the most popular mmog out there, you know. Except in the US.

Priest worlds first "hard-gore" mmog, they say
Second Life Sims-like
Tabula Rasa from Starr Long and Richard Garriott

They list about 30 or so more, but dang if I'm going to type all of them out. :P
