miko2The other day I brought in the mail as I was heading out the door, and I decided to take the Tai-Pan artist's newsletter to work so I could read it.

genebreshears is GoH at. It's in November, the week before Thanksgiving I think it was.
I checked our vacation schedule. Nobody had scheduled vacation for that Friday, so I marked my name down. Now that I think of it, I'd have to ask for both Thursday and Friday off to allow for time to travel back East, but that shouldn't be a problem. I'd still have to come in for work on the following Monday though, someone else is off then.
Still, getting time off is the hardest part. The rest just takes money and preperation. I haven't been outside Washington State for a convention in years, and the furthest East I've ever travelled to attend a convention was Texas.
Anyway, I'm thinking about it. ^_^
