Apr. 11th, 2006 09:39 pmTwo days of work down, one to go, and then on to Norwescon!
My friend from Alaska got a room in the Doubletree. I told him he should check with them! ^_^
Thursday is a full moon. Just, you know, in case anyone wasn't aware or was a were.
I did something today that I have never actually done before. I bought a lotto ticket, in the Mega Millions game. One for my co-workers at work too. They promiese to give me a million each if they won it all. ^_^ Alas, I only matched two numbers, and not the mega ball number thingy whatever it's called. Basically I'm still poor, and so are my co-workers.
I stayed up late last night finishing off "Scanners Live In Vain" which Jeff forced me to read on pain of death... er I mean reccomended. It's good. Perhaps the scariest thing about it is that it was published in 1945 and still reads as an imaginative futuristic science fiction novel, not at all dated. You could make a movie about it tomorrow. Well, a short movie I guess.
