Oh My Goodness
I woke up a few minutes ago. It felt like I slept in really late, so I was thinking, maybe it's already noon, which would be good because I was also thinking the game was going to start about noon. I could swear that I read that somewhere.
But of course, my alarm hadn't even gone off yet, which meant it wasn't even 10 am. And when I turned on the television, they weren't even showing any pregame coverage. I went to my computer and checked the Seattle times web site again -- kickoff at just about 4 pm, with a helpful countdown showing over five hours until kickoff.
What am I supposed to do for the next five hours? I thought the wait was almost over! Hmmm, maybe I should go visit Ikea after all.
