Dunno what to say about this except it's a heavy metal video that Kitsy in SL gave me the link for (she's the one who introduced me to Nightwish), and that rock videos these days seem to have makeup and special effects that movies from ages past would have killed for. Not to mention, rock bands from ages past, of course. ^_^
Those Finnish metal bands sure are interesting. ^_^ Nightwish is quickly becoming a favorite of mine... to go along with Battlelore, Korpiklaani, Ensiferum, and the incomparably weird Finntroll. Heh. ^_^
Also quite interesting, if not necessarily Finnish: Within Temptation, Leaves Eyes
And... from their latest cd, a a really, really lame video from King's X. Geez. I mean really lame. But hey, it's one of my favorite groups....
And here's another old favorite, Gamen by Garmarna. The video quality is really bad but I can't tell if maybe that's on purpose? Anyway, one of my favorite songs of theirs, and the video is kind of striking because there are sweaty bodies flying everywhere, but the lead singer just stands there in the middle in a long white dress and sings... she's like the eye of the hurricane.
