Costuming Question...

miko2This is probably an impossible request but I promised I would ask... any suggestions welcomed.
Nara and Ali will be coming to Midwest Furfest with us (I'll be sharing a room with them). Although they have never attended a fur con before, they were working on some sort of costumes based on their Second Life characters... and this was really important to Nara.
Anyway, someone had promised to make two masks for them, and has now told them that he can't do it... and it's a week before the con, and Nara is convinced that without good masks the costumes are a complete waste of time and money... a total disaster....
So any suggestions on how to come up with two matching fox masks that aren't cheap floppy rubber store-bought masks?
