miko2I'm supposed to pick up my two friends at the airport today at 12:30. I'm not exactly sure how that will work, but I know what flight they're coming in on so I may drive through the pickup area and see if I can catch them that way, or maybe I'll have to park and go looking for them.
After that we're supposed to drive to the far side of lake Sammamish (I think that's the one) to pick up some rubber noses, which is what Nara came up with to replace the masks that didn't get made for their costumes.
After that we're supposed to visit Wizards of the Coast and go to lunch with Legend. He's called me twice in the last 24 hours to confirm details or to make sure I have the right address. Clearly he's excited to meet the other two.
After that, we might have a little time to breath before we head off to Seattle for a Blind Guardian/Leaves' Eyes concert.
And then... we might have time to talk before getting to sleep in time to make our flight tomorrow. I figure we want to shoot for being picked up here around 9:30 or so, just to be safe.
In the meantime there's still a couple of things I want to do, but mostly I'm packed and ready to go. My last big job was to get a third scene written for my story The Pilgrimage of Ian St. Ritz and e-mail it to Jeff, and I actually managed to do that. Yay! I'm not sure if I think the story's working well at the moment, but having three scenes that don't work completely is always an improvement over not having three scenes written yet.
