Today's Song: I'll Get It Together by Mingering Mike

Mingering Mike is a soul singer that released over 50 albums between 1968 and 1977, managed thirty-five of his own record labels, and produced, directed, and starred in nine of his own motion pictures.

At least, he did so in his own head. You can't buy any of Mingering Mike's albums, nor can you find his music on iTunes. But he does have a myspace page

Okay, so this isn't really my song of the day. I was just highly amused by the first part of a two-part story about this imaginary soul artist on NPR's Day to Day. Part two is to air tomorrow. ^_^
