miko2Today's Song: Come Sing Me A Song by Sing-Sing
As promised I'm making a song by Sing-Sing my song of the day. This is the band that Emma Anderson formed with Lisa O'Neil after the demise of Lush. I've downloaded two of their tracks from iTunes, but I can tell that I'll love everything they do and I need to get their cds.
So what we have is a two-woman U.K. band that plays dream pop. Great stuff for anyone who loves a beautiful pop tune (not something processed for top 40 consumption, mind you).
They're having a sale at their web site so I ordered the U.K. version of their second cd for a total of less than $7.00, including shipping and handling. Unfortunately they don't have their first cd available (only in a vinyl record) so I'll have to buy that from Amazon or something.
