miertam along this time, I spent too much money and "upgraded" my computer. I bought a new motherboard, new processor, memory, new video card, a new Sata hard drive, and a new power supply. What I kept from the old computer is... the case, the cd writer, and the backup hard drive. And some screws and things.
And then I pretty much watchedmiertam disassemble my old computer and reassemble the new one.
It boots fine (miertam was concerned, since it considers the Sata drive the 2nd drive). I've installed a lot of my old programs. I'll have to do more work on it tonight after work. It's very fast and quiet, compared to the old machine.
