Today's Song: Lover by Sing-Sing

I'm sad that Sing-Sing has called it quits. Emma Anderson was one of the two singers of Lush, one of my favorite alternative bands from the 1990's. When she teamed up with Lisa O'Neil to form the band Sing Sing, it was nearly as great as Lush. I bought their second cd Sing-Sing and I last year, but when I found out they were breaking up and closing down their web site I had to rush out and buy their first cd, The Joy of Sing-Sing. It immediately went on my list of new cds I needed to listen to, so I listened to it several times today.

And yet, the best song from it is Feels Like Summer which I've already made a song of the day. The only other song they've done a video for is Lover from their second cd... and it's a very good song, so here you go:
