Today's Song: What's Left Behind by The Sadies

The Sadies are a an alternative rock/country band from Toronto, Ontario. This is the band that played backup for Neko Case on her cd The Tigers Have Spoken, and they've done the same for other artists such as Jon Langford. But their own stuff is just as good, perhaps even better. Their sound incorporates a lot of country but also psychadelic and surf-rock guitar and indie-rock attitude. It's good stuff. In fact, from what I've heard so far this is a band with the potential to become one of my favorites.
