Me: Yes....

Customer: I need a rate quote to Bend.
Me: Coming from?
Customer: (Forcefully) GOING TO!
Me: Where is the freight coming from, Sir?

Me: Is this a business delivery?
Customer: It's going to our customer.
Me: (sigh) Is your customer a business or a residence?

Me: Where is the shipment coming from?
Customer: From here.
Me: Where are you located?
Customer: We're right here in town. We're just around the corner from you.
Me: I'm in Auburn. Are you in the Seattle area?
Customer: What? No, we're in Portland!

Me: What is your zip code?
Many, many customers: Oh, I knew you were going to ask that! I have no idea!
