The other epic song from my "EPICA" iPod playlist that has been stuck in my head this week is My Earth Dream by symphonic metal band Edenbridge. This band is the anti-goth symphonic metal band... they call themselves "angelic metal" and write about positive, upbeat, spiritual and eco-friendly kind of topics... about the beauty of creation, about heaven and earth in harmony and at peace, about sweetness and light. It's a very new-age friendly band, I suspect. They're good though, and this song really puts all of their best points on display.
