Today's Song: Doing It Right by The Go! Team

This is one of the songs I downloaded last night based on hearing about the band in an NPR show. The Go! Team plays music that fits their name -- hyper-kinetic, seemingly based on schoolyard chants and jingles, very different and very catchy. I put this song on my little rap song list even though it really doesn't qualify as rap, because I only had about 6-8 songs on that list and I wanted to listen to this more often. It's addicting for a bouncy dance tune with the message equivalent of a Nike commercial. This is very clearly music from a short-attention-span television commercial - anime - video game generation... and it's cool and spastic and unlike anything I've heard before.
