Today's Song: That Calls For A Wilhelm Scream by Possible Oscar

I couldn't tell you what made me remember this, but last night I had to look up the Wilhelm scream and read about it again. This lead to watching several videos about it on Youtube, and finally, tracking down this lovely song by the comedy group known as the Possible Oscars. You can buy this song on iTunes or at Amazon.com too! What more could a movie nerd want?

One of the cool things that I didn't already know is that, to the best that people can determine, this scream was originally performed by Sheb Wooley, known best for his hit The Purple People Eater. I think that's just too cool. ^_^

I even had to make a City of Heroes sonic blaster named The Wilhelm Scream. Turns out I'm not the only one who thought of that, the name was taken on several servers, but I found one where it wasn't taken yet. ^_^ AaaaaOOOOaaaah!
