miko2Someone calls for a quote on a television and a motorcycle. this is new merchandise, not a move of used household goods. I'm wondering, why a television and a motorcycle together?
I gather the information for the quote...
Me And what is the weight?
Customer: The television is 750 lbs and the Motorcycle is 400 lbs.
Me: 750 lbs? Are you sure? A television? They don't usually weigh that much.
Customer: I can verify the commodity with the shipper, but it says right on the paperwork "A TV".
Me: ....
