So far this week, I had one customer who, when told we didn't provide same day service, asked if I knew anyone that did, and then wanted to leave their phone number so I could call them later if I thought of anyone else that could provide that service.
Another customer didn't know the zip code he was shipping from, although he had the name of the warehouse. When I told him I'd heard of the warehouse but didn't know their zip code off the top of my head either, he asked if I could call them to find out and then call him back "when I had all of the information I needed for the quote".
Because my company pays me to do all of your work for you, I guess....
