I got a profit sharing check from WOSCA last Saturday.
That's right. The company that I used to work for turned a profit three years after going out of business. More specifically, they had money left over when all was said and done, and like the good non-profit organization they always were, they split the money between the customers and employees.
So I actually got a good sum of money, a bit more than I normally get in one paycheck. Add this to the $450 they sent me at the begining of the month which was a final payout from the 401k plan... it's been a pretty nice month for me. ^_^
